- Renate Erbar: Habe bei dieser Reinigung 2 Tischdecken zum Waschen/reinigen abgegeben. 3 große Kaffeeflecken anschließend noch drin, verknittert, schlecht oder gar nicht? gebügelt. Preis pro Decke 9.50 Euro!!!!!! Habe dann die Decken zu meiner jahrelangen guten Reinigung gebracht(leider 15 km entfernt wegen Umzug) Aber oh Freude, die Decken waren blitzsauber und top gebügelt für Stück 4.50 Euro!!!! Der Kommentar der angeblichen "Top Reinigung" Pech gehabt! Das nenne ich doch Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit!
- Merlina Adamms: Took my new shirts to this laundry, when I picked them up the lady tells me "do the shirts belong to you? because they almost didn't fit into the mannequin" (seriously? they are obviously women shirts) then she continues telling me that I have to tell her next time because of the price and the size (they are smaller), well if she would have taken them in first instance, instead of asking me to pay and to leave the shirts on the counter she could have probably notice they are women shirts. Unfortunately my shirts are not in such a good condition anymore, I can see they struggled to make them fit into the mannequin, as they have threads everywhere and the buttons they have closed are about to fall down (and they are not cheap shirts at all!). Additionally they are wrinkled and one of them has still a stain :(
